Light Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: loaf:, (1 lb loaf):
2 1/4 tsp: Active dry yeast, (1 1/2 tsp
1 2/3 cup: Bread flour, (1 c + 2 t)
1 1/2 cup: Whole-wheat flour, (1c)
1 1/2 tsp: Salt, (1 t)
3 tbsp: Honey, (2 t)
1 1/4 cup: Water, (3/4 c + 1 t)

Directions:
Recipe by: The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ever, Madge Rosenberg Light in
texture, color, taste and calories when sliced thin, this bread makes good
sandwiches.

Note: The original recipe called for 1 1/2 T vegetable oil for the lg loaf
and 1 T for the smaller loaf.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers
directions.
