Ingredients:
3 cup: FLOUR,
1 tbsp: SUGAR,
1 1/4 cup: SHORTENING,
1 tbsp: VINEGAR,
1 each: EGG,
1/4 cup: COLD WATER, ICE WATER

Directions:
IN A LARGE BOWL CUT TOGETHER THE FLOUR AND SHORTENING WITH TWO KNIVES OR A
PASTRY CUTTER UNTIL MIXTURE LOOKS LIKE COARSE MEAL. IN A SEPARATE BOWL
COMBINE EGG, SUGAR, VINEGAR AND WATER. MIX LIGHTLY INTO FLOUR MIXTURE
UNTIL DOUGH HOLDS TOGETHER. REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO USE.
