Ingredients:
1/3 cup: OIL,
2 tsp: GROUND BLACK PEPPER,
1/3 cup: BUTTER,
1 tsp: GARLIC SALT,
1 cup: ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR,
1 tsp: DRIED MARJORAM, OPTIONAL
1 tsp: SALT,
8 each: CHICKEN PIECES-LEGS, BREASTS

Directions:
PLACE BUTTER AND OIL IN A SHALLOW PAN, JELLY ROLL PAN IS PERFECT.
PLACE PAN IN PREHEATED OVEN (3750F.) TO MELT BUTTER. SET PAN ASIDE.
IN A LARGE PAPER SACK,COMBINE FLOUR AND SEASONINGS. ROLL THE CHICKEN
PIECES IN THREE AT A TIME IN OIL, BUTTER MIXTURE, THEN DROP THEM IN THE
SACK AND SHAKE TO COAT. PLACE ON A DISH. DO REMAINING PIECES IN THE SAME
MANNER. RETURN THE CHICKEN PIECES TO THE PAN, SKIN SIDE DOWN AND BAKE FOR
45 MINUTES. TURN PIECES OVER AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES LONGER.
NOTE: SERVE HOT OR COLD
