Stuffing Bread Recipe

1 1/2 tsp: Yeast,
2 1/2 cup: Bread flour,
2/3 cup: Cornmeal,
3/4 tsp: Poultry seasoning,
1 tsp: Celery seeds,
1 tsp: Dry sage,
1/3 tsp: Black pepper, coarse
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 1/4 tsp: Sugar, brown or white
1/3 cup: Diced onion,
3 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
1 each: Egg,
1 cup: Water,

White or Sweet, no timer, Crust setting light to medium Can be dried or not
before crumbing for stuffing.
