1 1/2 LB. LOAF
3 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
1 cup: Rye flour,
2 cup: Bread flour,
2 tsp: Grated orange peel,
2 tsp: Salt,
3 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Butter,
2 tbsp: Molasses,
1 cup: Warm water,

1 LB. LOAF
2 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
3/4 cup: Rye flour,
1 1/4 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Grated orange peel,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tbsp: Butter,
4 tsp: Molasses,
5 1/2 ounce: Warm water,
NOTE: For Panasonic/Natl. machines, use 4 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 lb.loaf

A traditional Swedish favorite, this bread gets its distinctive flavor
from the combination of molasses, orange, and rye. It is a heavy, dense
bread. Dont look for it to rise much, but it will have a wonderful rye
texture and flavor.
