Swiss Spaghetti Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground beef,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Tomato, canned
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
4 tbsp: Butter,
3/4 lbs: Swiss cheese, cubed
1: Onion, chopped, medium
1 lbs: Spaghetti, cooked
Green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup: Swiss cheese, grated

Directions:
In saucepan melt butter and saute onion and green pepper, about 5
minutes. Add beef and cook over high heat until brown. Add tomatoes, salt
and pepper.
Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add cubed cheese and cook 5 minutes. Add
spaghetti and toss. Serve with grated cheese.
