Wyoming Sheepherder Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Ground beef,
4 tbsp: Dried onions,
1/4 cup: Chili powder,
1 tbsp: Cumin,
2 tbsp: Worcestershire,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/4 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
Salt,
Black pepper,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Vinegar,
1 can: Stewed tomatoes,
1 can: Tomato sauce,
Water as necessary,

Directions:
Brown the meat in a heavy pot, drain off the fat and add all the other
ingredients. Simmer for at least 2 hours, adding water as needed.
Thicken with flour if desired (preferably Masa Harina or ground-up
corn tortillas). Serve over rice.
