Yavapai Sunflower Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Honey,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Butter, softened
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
2: Egg, beaten
1 cup: Milk,
1 cup: FLour, whole wheat
1 1/2 cup: Sunflower seeds, ground shell & meat or meat only
1/2 cup: Sunflower meats, whole or coarsely chopped
Directions:
Beat the honey and butter together, then beat in the eggs. Combine the
flour, baking powder, salt and ground seeds, adding to the
honey-butter mixture alternately with the milk. Fold in the whole
sunflower seeds. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake one
hour at 325 F. Cool on a rack. This bread slices better when cool.
