Fluffy Cocoa Topping Recipe

Ingredients:
6 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Hersheys cocoa,
3 T: Milk,
2 cup: Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa. Add milk;
beat until smooth and fluffy. Stir in whipped topping. Serve as
topping for unfrosted cakes.
