Kumquat Bread Pudding Recipe
Yield: 1 ServingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
-Kumquats are different than other citrus fruits in that both skin and pulp are edible. They have an intense orange flavor when eaten raw or cooked. Kumquats store well under refrigeration. Use bright orange kumquats as a garnish, poach in honey and use as a sauce base for vegetables or desserts. Make marmalades and preserves, and of course eat out of hand. Some recipes will require that the tiny seeds be removed.
