Mango Bread Recipe

Yield: 1 Loaf

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
2 t: Baking soda,
2 t: Cinnamon,
1 1/2 t: Salt,
3: Eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Oil,
2 cup: Diced mangoes,
1/2 cup: Chopped nuts or raisins,

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and form a well in center of bowl. Add eggs,
sugar, oil, mangoes and nuts. Mix together well. Pour into pan and
bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
