Orange-cinnamon Whole Wheat Couscous Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Can: 10oz/284 ml mandarin,
Orange segments in natural,
Juice,
1: Orange or Apple juice,
1 Stick: , (2inch) cinnamon
3: Whole cloves,
1/2 cup: Whole wheat couscous,
1 tsp: Liquid honey or to taste,
2 tbsp: Toasted chopped pecans, opt
Directions:
Drain juice from oranges into glass measure. Add orange or apple
juice to mandarin juice if nesessary, so that it measures 3/4 cup. In
a small sauce pan, combine juice, cinnamon stick and cloves; bring to
boil over high heat. Stir in couscous. Reduce heat to low; simmer for
2 minutes, stirring, until liquid is absorbed. Remove saucepan from
heat; let stand, for 5 mins. Gently stir in mandarin orange segments
and honey. Serve hot, sprinkled with pecans. 233 calories 1 fat gram.
