3 medium: Potatoes, cooked & mashed w/
Skim milk,
3 1/2 ounce: Neufchatel cheese,
1: Egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp: Onion, chopped
1 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
Paprika,
Directions:
Combine mashed potatoes and cheese, beating until well blended. Stir
in egg, onion and parsley. Spoon into well-greased 1-quart casserole
dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until
