Family-size Tuna Melt Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Bisquick baking mix,
1/2 cup: Finely chopped celery,
1/3 cup: Mayonnaise or salad dressing,
2 tbsp: Sweet relish,
1/3 cup: Milk,
6 slice: American cheese,
13 ounce: Can tuna, drained
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk
until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface
floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into rectangel, 12 x 8
inches, on greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top
with cheese slices. Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 5
minutes.
