Syrup Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Nutmeg,
1 1/4 cup: Steens syrup,
1 cup: Boiling water with,
2 tsp: Soda,
1 1/3 cup: Oil,
3: Eggs,
2 3/4 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl then add: 1 cup boiling water
with 2 tsp soda added to it. Stir well, then add gradually 2 3/4 cups
flour.
Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 min. Bake in 2 round pans at 350 for
30-35 min. Bake as cupcakes at 325 for 20-25 min.
