Avocado-pecan Molded Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Gelatin, lime-flavored
1 cup: Water, boiling
1/2 cup: Sour cream,
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 large: Avocado, ripe
1 cup: Pecans, chopped
1/2: Green pepper, chopped
1 tsp: Onion, minced
1 tsp: Celery, minced
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until thickened. Whip
gelatin until foamy; add sour cream and mayonnaise, beating until
thoroughly blended.
Peel avocado, and mash until smooth; add remaining ingredients, mixing
well. Fold avocado mixture into gelatin. Pour into 1-quart mold, and
chill until firm.
