Chocolate Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
CHOCOLATE CREAM CAKE:,
1: Baked layer of chocolate k cake,
2 cup: Non-dairy whipping blend, whipped until stiff
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:,
4 T: Cocoa,
3 cup: Powdered sugar,
4 T: Soft butter or margarine,
2 T: Milk, may need 3 Tbs
1 t: Vanilla,
Directions:
Split cake layer horizontally. Spread bottom-half
with whipped topping to within 1/2 inch of edge.
(Topping layer will be about 2 inches thick.)
Carefully replace top half of cake. Frost top and
sides with chocolate frosting. Sprinkle top with
chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
