Creamy Fudge Sauce Recipe

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients:
8 tbsp: Butter,
4 Sq: unsweet. chocolate,
1/2 cup: Cocoa,
1 cup: Light cream,
1 1/2 tsp: Vanilla extract OR,
1 tbsp: Grand Marnier,

Directions:
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat, melt the
butter and chocolate together. Mix the cocoa with 1/4
c sugar and stir in. Add the cream and blend in the
remaining sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
to prevent scorching. Remove from the heat and stir in
vanilla. Serve warm.

TO STORE: Cover when cool and refrigerate. To reheat
the sauce, place the bowl in a pan of hot water over
low heat until the sauce reaches pouring consistency.
Add additional cream or hot water if the sauce is too
thick.
