Double Decker Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: Rcp brownies from cookie mix,
1 cup: Miniature marshmallows,
1 cup: Peanut butter chips, reeses
1 tbsp: Shortening,
1 1/2 cup: Crisp rice cereal,

Prepare recipe for Brownies, omitting nuts. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove
from oven. Evenly sprinkle miniature marshmallows over brownies. Return
to oven.
Bake 5 additional minutes. Remove from oven. Cool in pan. Combine
peanut butter chips and shortening in the top of a double boiler over hot,
NOT boiling water. Stir until melted. Add the rice cereal; stir until
thoroughly coated. Spread over top of marshmallows. Cool until set. Cut
into squares.
