English Plum Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Chopped beef suet,
1 cup: Flour,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Currants,
1 cup: Seedless raisins,
1 cup: Candied cherries,
1 cup: Candied citron,
1 cup: Candied pineapple,
1 cup: Cracker crumbs,
1 cup: Chopped apples,
1 cup: Blanched and chopped almonds,
2: Eggs,
2/3 cup: Milk,
1 t: Allspice,
1 t: Cinnamon,

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pack loosely into clean jars to within 1 inch
of top. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process in pressure
cooker for 50 minutes at 10 pounds or in water bath for 3 hours.
