Irish Cream And Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

1 2/3 cup: Crushed chocolate wafers, (200 gr package) 1/3

2 Envelopes: unflavored gelatin,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Instant coffee granules,
2 cup: Milk,
4: Eggs, separated
1/3 cup: Irish cream liquer,
1 lbs: Cream cheese,
1/2 cup: Granulated sugar,
4 ounce: Semisweet chocolate,
