Irish Cream Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 28 oz pkg vanilla flavored candy coating,
2 tbsp: Butter, unsalted, optional
1: 14 oz can eagle brand condensed milk,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Chopped walnuts, or other nuts
1 1/2 ounce: Baileys irish cream, or other
3 ounce: Heath bits, optional

Time: 1:00
Over medium heat, melt the candy coating, EAGLE BRAND, butter, and sal=
t. Stir until melted and smooth. Stir in the BAILEYS Irish Cream, and th=
en the nuts and HEATH BITS.=20
Pour into a waxpaper lined 9" X 13" pan (or equiv). Chill until firm.=20
Remove to a cutting board; remove waxed paper, and cut into squares.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Combine as above. Cook on HIGH 3 minutes; stir. Cook 3 minutes more; s=
tir. Add Irish Cream, and stir until blended, Stir in nuts and HEATH BITS.
Prepare as above.
