Yield: 4 servingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Balsamic vinegar,
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 tbsp: Ketchup,
1 tbsp: A-1 Steak Sauce,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 1/4 lbs: Flank steak,
Ground black pepper, to
Taste,
Directions:
Lightly score the steak on one side (no deeper than 1/8 inch-about 3-4
cuts). Whisk together all ingredients except the steak. Put steak in a
glass pan and pour the marinade over. Marinate at room temperature 30
minutes. Line bottom of a broiling pan with foil. Spray the rack with
cooking spray. Remove the steak from the marinade (reserve the
marinade) and place on the pan. Place on the second rack from the
top of the oven under a hot broiler and broil about 4-5 minutes per
side. While the steak is cooking, bring the marinade to a boil in a
small saucepan; boil 1 minute to a glaze consistency. Carve the steak
across the grain and drizle with the glaze.
