Beef And Vegetables Over Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounce: Round steak, 1/2" thick strip
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 cup: Broccoli, flowerets & stems
1/2 lbs: Mushrooms, sliced
1: Onion, small,sliced
4 tbsp: Beef broth,
3 tbsp: Reduced-fat sour cream,
12 ounce: Wide egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
Brown meat in oil in large nonstick skillet, 2-3 minutes. Add salt and
pepper. Remove meat. Add broccoli, mushrooms and onion to skillet. Add
broth as needed to prevent sticking; cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Add
beef; heat through. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over
noodles.
