Bunny Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

3 ounce: Pkg. orange gelatin,
1 cup: Boiling water,
1 cup: Pineapple juice and water,
1 tsp: Grated orange rind,
1 1/3 cup: Crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup: Carrots, raw, grated
GARNISHES
Marshmallows,
Carrot strips,
Directions:
: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple juice/water
mixture and orange rind. Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold in
pineapple and carrots. Pour into 6-8 individual round molds. Chill
until firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Add carrot strips to form ears,
a large marshmallow for the head, and a half a marshmallow for the
tail. Serve plain or with mayonnaise, if desired. From: BUNNY #261
