Ingredients:
2 ounce: Crab meat/tuna,
1 tbsp: Lowfat mayonnaise,
1 ounce: Lowfat cheddar cheese,
1/4 tsp: Sherry extract,
-shredded,
1/2: English muffin, toasted

Directions:
Combine crab, cheese, mayonnaise, and sherry extract in topof double boiler
over boiling water. Cook, stirring, until cheese melts and mixture is hot.
Spoon over muffin and serve
