Curried Tuna Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
7 ounce: Water packed tuna,
1/4 tsp: Prepared horseradish,
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise, (low-cal 4 me)
12 slice: White bread* cut in circles,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
-, not me!! whole wheat 4 me
1/4 tsp: Curry powder,
Softened Butter OR MARGARINE,
Directions:
Drain and flake tuna. Combine all ingredients, except bread and butter.
Spread each bread around with butter and tuna mixture. Tops may be
decorated with spring of parsley, bit of pimineto or olive slice. Makes 12
opened faced sandwiches. Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE
+ 1 FAT EXCHANGE + 1 LEAN-MEAT EXCHANGE? (whatever 9/16 of a oz which is
