Diabetic Peach Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Ripe peaches, peel+slice 1/4"
2 tbsp: Reduced calorie margarine,
3 tbsp: Flour,
2 tsp: Reduced calorie margarine,
2 1/4 ounce: Quick-cooking oats, uncooked
3 tbsp: Firmly packed brown sugar OR,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
9 tsp: Sweetener, equiv
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
Directions:
Servings: 6
Preheat oven to 350 F. Toss peaches with 1 tablespoon of the flour and
place in a 6x11" baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking
spray.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well until mixture is
crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Bake 30-35 minutes, until crisp.
serve warm or cold.
