Dijon Pork Steaks Recipe

1 lbs: Boneless pork chops,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
3 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1/8 tsp: Garlic powder,
1/4 cup: Dry white wine,
2 tsp: Vegetable oil,
2 tsp: Sherry extract,
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops. Marinate several hours or
overnight. Broil or grill, turning occasionally and basting until done to
taste.
