Lattice-topped Turkey Pie - Sl 1/82 Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: , cooked chopped turkey
10 ounce: Package frozen English peas,
1 cup: (4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup: Celery, diced
1/2 cup: Soft breadcrumbs,
1/4 cup: Onion, chopped
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1 cup: Mayonnaise,
3 dash: Hot sauce,
8 ounce: Can crescent dinner rolls,
2 tsp: Sesame seeds,
Radish slices, optional
Fresh parsley sprigs, optl

Directions:
: Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12" x 8" x
2" baking dish.
: Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to
seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in
lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley,
if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
