Rice And Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Margarine,
3/4 cup: Onion, chopped
1 lbs: Ground beef,
1 1/4 tsp: Seasoned salt,
1/4 tsp: Minced garlic,
1/4 tsp: Oregano,
1/4 tsp: Thyme,
1 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 can: Tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1 can: Cream of mushroom soup 10 oz,
1 1/2 cup: Cooked rice,

Directions:
Brown onions and beef in butter. Add seasoning, garlic, oregano and
thyme. Mix worcestershire, tomato sauce and soup then pour over meat.
Add rice and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Spoon
mixture into 1 1/2 quart Pyrex casserole. Put cheese slices
(cheddar) on top and broil in oven until the cheese bubbles. Randy
