Upside-down Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Ketchup,
2: Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Water,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/2 lbs: Ground beef,
1/2 lbs: Ground pork,
3/4 cup: Dry breadcrumbs,
1/2: Onion, chopped

Directions:
: Blend together ketchup, brown sugar, water and pour in bottom
of 8" square pan or 2 Qt. baking dish. Combine and mix together
thoroughly all other ingredients. Press inot pan overkutchup -sugar
mixture. Bake 45 min. at 350. After baked, turn out upside-downonto
platter. Slice and serve.
