Spam Sandwich Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Mayonnaise,
3: Raw carrots,
2 T: Sugar,
1 can: Spam, 12 oz.
2 T: Vinegar,
6: Hard cooked eggs, boiled
1 t: Salt,
1 small: Green pepper,
1 small: Onion,
Directions:
Grind Spam, eggs, carrots, onion and green pepper. Use coarse grater or
grinder. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Good on Ritz crackers or as
a sandwich spread.
