Veal And Spinach Ravioli Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Veal, cooked, minced
2 tbsp: Shallots, finely chopped
1 tsp: Sage,
1/4 tsp: Mace or nutmeg,
1/2 cup: Spinach, chopped
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1 tbsp: Dry sherry,
1/4 cup: Parmesan, grated

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
Fill ravioli with mixture.
