Ingredients:
8 ounce: Peach slices in juice, drained
2 tbsp: Raisins,
2 tsp: Honey,
1/4 tsp: Ground ginger,
1/4 cup: 40% bran flakes, or other flake cerea
, crushed
3 tbsp: Coconut shreds,
1/4 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
1 tsp: Margarine, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; coat a 1-quart casserole with nonstick
cooking spray. Combine peach slices, raisins, honey and ginger in
casserole; toss to coat. Combine crushed cereal, coconut and cinnamon;
sprinkle over peach mixture. Drizzle margarine over cereal mixture. Bake
for 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. (171 calo fat, 31% calories
from fat)
