Beef And Noodle Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

MARINADE
1 tbsp: Peanut oil,
1 tbsp: Sesame oil,
3 tbsp: Rice vinegar,
2 tbsp: Ginger,
3 centiliter: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
4 ounce: Pea pods,
4 ounce: Rice noodles,
4 ounce: Deli roast beef, slice thin
1/4 cup: Parsley, minced
1 tbsp: Peanuts, chopped
Veggies of your choice-,
Peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes etc
Directions:
Mix marinade and marinate veggies. Blanche pea pods and rehydrate rice
noodles in water when pea pods are done. Remove any excess fat from beef
slices and roll up. Place noodles on plate, top with veggies and beef.
