Beer Boiled Beef Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Cubed beef,
16 ounce: Beer,
4 tbsp: Butter,
3: Sliced onion,
1/2 cup: Flour,
4 tbsp: Salad oil,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Ground pepper,
2 centiliter: Chopped garlic,
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet and saute onions until tender. Dredge beef
cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter.
Add browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onions. Add enough
beer to cover. Cover tightly and simmer till meat is tender.
