Black Bean And Smoked Chicken Soup-daley Recipe

2 cup: Water,

12 ounce: Evaporated skim milk,

1 tbsp: Cornstarch dissolved in 2 tb, cold water
1 tbsp: Liquid smoke,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp: Tabasco sauce,
1/4 cup: Fresh cilantro, chopped
