Chicken-fruit Skillet Recipe

Ingredients:
THIS IS A VERY LOW FAT CHICK
PRITIKIN PROGRAM.
1: Skinless/boneless chicken,
Breast,
1 small: Onion diced,
1 T: Of tarragon,
1 cup: Of orange juice,
2: Bannanas sliced,
1 large: Handfull of seedless dark,
Grapes cut in half,
Salt and Pepper to taste,
Directions:
Cut the chicken into about 1 and a half inch chunks and place in a nonstick
skillet. Add the onion, salt, pepper, and orange juice. Cook adding the
tarragon a little at a time and until the chicken turns white. Add the
bannanas and grapes and simmer for several more minutes. add more orange
juice if desired.
This goes well over white rice.
