Healthy Burritos Recipe

Ingredients:
2 can: Refried beans,
2 lbs: Ground turkey,
1 package: Taco mix,
1 can: Chopped green chilies,
2: Jalapeno pep. chopped finely,
1 1/2 lbs: Grated cheese,
1 can: Black olives chopped,
Vidalia onion, chopped, as
Much as you can stand,
Plain yogurt,
1 Jar: taco sauce,
1: Tomato,
Garlic, again as much as you
Wish,
Cumin powder ad lib,
Peanut oil,
Flour tortillas,
Directions:
Use comercially prepared ground turkey, it works best.
Brown turkey in oil (2-3 TBS) then set aside and brown the onion and
garlic. Add the cumin, both peppers, olives, cheese, taco seasoning and
the refried beans. Then mix with the turkey into a big goo. This will keep
in the frig and be available for use any time. . When ready to eat, put a
gob of the mixture on a tortilla, add cheese if desired, extra hot things
if desired, raw onion, etc. Fold and turn over on the seam, heat in the
oven (expect some drip out the end and use PAM on the pan for easy cleanup
later) at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. . Slide these on a plate and
serve with chopped tomato, yogurt and fresh cilantro if you can get it.
The yogurt will take the heat out as you wish. .
