Lemon Turkey Recipe

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Skinless turkey cutlets,
1 1/2 tsp: Vegetable oil,
LEMON SAUCE,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
1 cup: Water,
1/2 tsp: Parsley flakes,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
Paprika, sprinkle
1 tsp: Liquid sweetener,

Directions:
Brush turkey with cooking oil. Broil 2 to 3 minutes on each side until
cooked (may substitute chicken).

Lemon Sauce: Combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan. Mix well. Heat
and stir until it boils and thickens. Makes 1 cup.

Sprinkle cutlets with paprika. Add sweetener to sauce. Spoon over
cutlets.

NutritionL 1 serving: 149 calories, 83 mg cholesterol, 70 mg sodium, 3 g
fat.
