Lemon-chicken Patties With Fettucini -- Low F Recipe

12 ounce: Chicken breasts without skin,
1/2 cup: Bread crumbs,
1/4 cup: Evaporated skim milk,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: White pepper,
1/8 tsp: Ground nutmeg,
1/8 tsp: Sugar,
3 tsp: Lemon peel, freshly grated
1/4 cup: Parsley, fresh chopped
1: Spray Butter flavor pam,
8 ounce: Fettucine, cooked
24: Sprays I cant believe its,
Not butter spray,
1 tbsp: Parsley: fresh chopped,

Lightened for you by Misty Simon: Mix ground chicken
with bread crumbs and evaporated milk. Mix next 6
ingredients into the chicken. Divide equally into 4
patties. Let set for 15 minutes.
Spray nonstick frying pan one time with butter flavor
pam. Cook patties until browned and no longer
pink--about 5 minutes.
Cook fettucini according to package directions. Drain
and toss with 24 sprays of I cant believe it s not
butter spray and 1 tb parsley.
Divid the fettucini equally among four plates and top
with the patties.
Per serving 372 calories and 3.8 grams of fat. A
savings of over 16 grams of fat and 256 calories per
serving...wow!
Serve with steamed broccoli.
