Low-fat Berry Bavarian Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Boiling water,
1 package: , (8 serving size) JELL-O Brand Raspberry or Strawberry flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert
1 cup: Cold water Ie cubes,
2 3/4 cup: Thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping,
Directions:
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until
completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 2
cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove
any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Spoon into
8 dessert dishes.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional
whipped topping, raspberries and mint if desired.
Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
Makes 8 servings. Prep time: 15, minutes
Refrigeration time: 2 hours.
