Low Fat Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: 7% fat ground beef,
3/4 cup: Low sodium kidney beans, can
8 ounce: Tomato sauce,
1/3 cup: Onion, chopped
1/2 cup: Green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp: Chili powder,
1 tsp: Cumin,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: Black pepper,
1 small: Tomato, chopped
1 cup: Water,
Directions:

saucepan. Drain and rinse; return to saucepan. Add
remaining ingredients. Simmer until green peppers are
tender. Serve wit "99% fat free skillet cornbread".
