Low-fat Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Yellow corn meal,
1 cup: Flour,
1 tbsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Nonfat milk,
1/2 cup: Applesauce,
1/3 cup: Egg substitute,
Vegetable cooking spray,
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and liquids in another. Stir liquids into
dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into 9" square cooking pan
which has been sprayed with pan coating. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or
until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
