Low-fat Herbed Stuffing Mix Recipe

Ingredients:
30 slice: Firm-textured bread, cut in 1/2" cubes
2 tbsp: Olive Oil (approximate), from spray bottle
3 tbsp: Instant minced onion,
3 tbsp: Parsley flakes,
2 tsp: Garlic salt,
3/4 tsp: Sage, ground
1/2 tsp: Seasoned pepper,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 F. Put bread cubes in two 13" x 9" pans. Toast bread
cubes in oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and
cool slightly. Spray on oil while tossing for more even coverage.
Add seasonings and toss to coat cubes. Put in a large airtight container.
Label and store in a cool, dry place. Use withing 3 to 4 months.
Use for meat stuffing, tossed salad croutons, or in:
Chicken Oahu
Supper Stuffing
Chicken Strata
Zucchini Casserole
Scallop Casserole
