Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Chick peas,
1/4 cup: Chopped parsley,
1 tsp: Sesame oil,
2 tbsp: Vegetable broth,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Tahini, for added creaminess optional

PER 1/2 CUP SERVING

*gm fat,
*gm carbo,
*mg calcium,
*mg iron,
*mg sodium,
*gm fiber,

Directions:
Process or mash all ingredients in food processor or with potato masher in
large bowl until smooth.

Total Fat as % of daily value: 6%
