2 tbsp: Vegetable broth,
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/4 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tsp: Tahini, for added creaminess optional
PER 1/2 CUP SERVING

Directions:
Process or mash all ingredients in food processor or with potato masher in
