Ingredients:
1 large: Egg white,
1 T: Vinegar,
1 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1/2 tsp: Sugar, optional
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1: ,
C low-fat cottage cheese,

Directions:
In clender, whip egg white, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt one minutee
until light and frothy. With blender running, spoon in cottage cheese;
blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Nutrition Information per Tablespoon: Calories 12; Fat .15 gm;
cholesterol 1 mg.
