Mock Herb Mayo Dressing/dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Egg white,
1 T: Vinegar,
1 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1/2 tsp: Sugar, optional
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Low-fat cottage cheese,
2 T: Chopped parsley,
1/2 centiliter: Garlic,

Directions:
In clender, whip egg white, vinegar, mustard, sugar, parsley, garlic, and
salt one minutee until light and frothy. With blender running, spoon in
cottage cheese; blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least one hour before
serving.
